SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping within the mainland is free, because we believe that enjoying golf starts with a simple experience. We deliver within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our team has received your order. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Every order at BRK is prepared with the same care we take in choosing the best wood for a decisive hit.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. When it is ready to ship, we will send you an email with tracking information.
If there is no one available to receive the delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made and the carrier will contact you. To avoid delays, please ensure you provide all address details and a working contact phone number.
Our team processes orders Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (peninsular time, excluding holidays). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.
We want every garment you choose to be perfect for you. If you need to make a return, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to do so completely free of charge within mainland Spain.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused and with tags.
- To start a return, contact us and we will guide you through the process.
- For special collections or pre-order products, specific return policies may apply, which will be indicated on the corresponding product page.

- Spain (Mainland): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of Europe: 3 to 6 business days.
If your order is placed outside our processing hours or on a holiday, it will be prepared on the next business day.
To ensure that your order arrives at the correct address, we recommend reviewing the details before completing your purchase.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will be able to update the address. If it has already been shipped, we will work with the shipping company to find a solution.
